Can Walkers’ World ship to other islands?

Shipping within the Caricom region is available with associated shipping and handling charges. To order simply send an e-mail with the items you wish to order to [email protected] and we will then contact you with the specific shipping and handling costs, as well as the estimated shipping time. Please note that certain items may have shipping restrictions.

What if I bought an item and needed a replacement but the item is out of stock?

In most cases, we have the ability to re-order any item for replacement at a charge, depending on the circumstance. Once the item is here we would contact you to arrange pick up or to schedule delivery.

If I buy an item online can it be sent to my home?

If you reside in Barbados and the purchase consists of smaller items (such as prints, rugs, lamps etc.) we encourage customers to pick up items in store. However, if the purchase consists of a larger item (such as sofa, table, bed etc.), we are happy to schedule a delivery time for the item, together with the customer.

If you live outside of Barbados but within the Caricom region, shipping is generally available with associated shipping charges.

How much is the delivery charge?

Walkers’ World charges a $130 delivery fee for deliveries within the island.

Does Walkers’ World assemble furniture items?

Depending on your specifications, our skilled delivery team will not only deliver your products, but also assemble and install them in the location you specify.


If I am not satisfied with a purchase I have made can I return it?

Walkers’ World absolutely accepts returns. We will gladly exchange any item once it is in its original condition and packaging and once accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase. The exchange must take place within 14 days of the original purchase. If there is a manufacturer’s defect we will refund what you paid for the item. If you simply change your mind and decide that the item will not work for you, we will extend a store credit to be used at your leisure.


Can I exchange my gift card for cash?

No. Once a gift card has been purchased you can only use the gift card to make purchases.

What if I lose my gift card?

If you have lost your gift card, we can track it for you. Once it has not been redeemed we can cancel it and re-issue a new one. If the gift card was purchased by someone other than yourself, please provide us with the original purchaser’s name. Please note that the tracking process can take up to 48 hours.

We are proud to offer exclusive and customized services specifically designed for the trade.
