Delivery / Shipping

We are happy to work with you to schedule a delivery time within 48 hours of your purchase.

Our furniture will be delivered inside your home by our skilled delivery team who will place your purchase in the desired location. Should you require assembly of any of the items purchased, a minimum fee of $100.00 applies. This must be paid before the delivery of your merchandise.

Delivery Rate: $50.00BBD per delivery load.

  • Walkers World accepts no responsibility for damage as a result of collection and/or delivery by a third party, and customers are requested to make arrangements for insurance against such damage.
  • Where delivery has been arranged, full disclosure is required by the customers as to access. ie. staircases, security gates, lack of easy access, and so on. Additional costs will be levied where delivery is not via easy access.
  • The delivery team is not responsible for removing existing furniture from a room, and customers are requested to make their own arrangements to allow for delivery and installation of furniture.
  • It is the customers (or person accepting the delivery) responsibility to check and ensure all items are free of any unknown defects such as scratches, marks, colour variations & dents other than what may have been pointed out at the point of purchase.
  • Kindly unwrap items and thoroughly examine as defects must be reported immediately to the delivery team.
  • If an item is defective or not as ordered we will replace , repair or refund your purchase within 60 days.
  • The Customer is fully responsible to ensure any of the items ordered will fit into their designated space unless a site visit was performed by Walkers World. A restocking fee of $175.00 will be charged on any return deliveries.
  • All furnishings delivered and stored to the customer’s address is considered in the possession and care of the customer. The Customer accepts full responsibility for safe keeping and agrees that Walkers World will not be held liable for any loss and or damage caused by any other party.
  • We will gladly exchange any item once in its original condition and packaging as well as accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt, or issue a store credit for the current value of the item.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items, sale items or special orders.
