Design and Decorating Service.
For clients who like our style and need a full design service to achieve their design objectives and dreams. The service includes consultation, design concepts, space planning, product specification and procurement, preparation of estimates and inventory lists and installation. Appointments are needed. How We Work
1.Consultation Applies To All Of Our Services.
We’ll start with a free phone, in-store, or on property consultation to get an idea of how we can best help and what your goals are. This lasts up to 90 minutes. This is where you ask us anything and everything you need to know.
At this meeting we will listen, take a design brief, gather all the info we need to start the process. Fit is everything to us so please note that a consult meeting is no guarantee that we’ll take on your project.
There is no obligation by either party to move forward after this first interaction. Things that need to be considered are timelines, budgets, design style etc.
2. The Process Design Services.
After our meeting, we will be able to provide you with an outline of the project inclusive of any applicable design fees. This is based on how much time we believe will be required to complete your project. If you’re happy with the estimate, we take a deposit and get to work. We will present you concept with inspirational imagery, mood boards showing the products we propose and layout.
We work closely with you to get the design just right and go through room by room editing based on your feedback. This becomes the blueprint of how your home will look and feel. Once you are happy to proceed, we will create a comprehensive estimate showing you exact product with costs that will be purchased on your behalf. Once you approve we will invoice you, start the ordering process with our suppliers and set timelines for delivery. Once all of the products have arrived in our warehouse we arrange delivery and installation. We will style the rooms so they reach their full design potential.
